What is your return/refund policy?
Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, with original receipt for refund. Please contact Green Light BEFORE returning an item. The item must be in "brand new" condition, with all packaging materials also in "brand new" condition. Customized items are not able to be returned. Return items will incur a 5% processing fee.
What is your shipping policy?
Items will be shipped once order is received. If items are in stock they will be shipped next business day, if an item must be ordered the item will either be drop shipped by the manufacturer or shipped the next day following the arrival of the product at Green Light.
Can I get items shipped to multiple addresses?
Yes, items can be shipped to multiple addresses, please list all requests in the comment area when checking out. Additional fees may apply.
Do you have a store front?
No, Green Light is an online only store. We do meet customers when needed, just contact us for more info.
